A girl who willingly or unwillingly takes the schlong up her butt in an attempt to heal or cure her partner of whatever malady he manifests.

Initially from a mispronunciation and misunderstanding of the word, "curandera", which means a rural healer, or a sorceress or witch.

The word "culera" on the other hand is accepted Mexican slang for a female who enjoys backdoor pleasures.

Jay suddenly came down with a mysterious virus, so his wife Susan did the kulandera thing to ward off the evil spirits.

Or, "That girl Susan is such a kulandera that she'll let anyone pork her ass if it will make them feel better."
