ect

ect. is an often falsely used abbreviation for et cetera which means "and so on/forth".
Also it is not one word as implied by the most upvoted definition and you DON'T use "and" in front of it, since "et" means "and" in Latin.

Ect

How REALLY stupid people (usually americans) abbreviate the phrase “et cetera” because they think, for some reason, the C comes before the T. Also usually said after they mention only one thing in a list because they can’t think of anything else.

ect

ect is often made to look like a person with a boner the "e" is the head the "c" is the torso/arms and the "t" is for the penis and legs.

It is originated from the word "excited" in french which translates to excité. the e would be said "eh", c "si", t "teh" (eh-si-teh/excité).
