bullshit that you as an employee must include organisation beliefs, values and other useless information that is irrelevant to your
job. You are usually pushed in the direction that your manager wants you to
go. You have to admit you have no career aspirations. The PDP can be used to performance manage you meaning sack you for not meeting the
bullshit within it. In essence a PDP is a total crock of shit.
