Happener

Modern hippy hipster types who actually accomplish tasks of great magnitude and worth. A happener, much like our modern definition of a hipster, does have certain interests in counter culture lifestyle and the various accouterments that go along with such. The marked difference between a hipster (being frankly the modern version of the hippie or renaissance person), is that happeners are always involved in some great events. Happeners are the hero's of the universe. May statues be built in their honor.

Did you see how intensely that woman back there was involved with her artwork, she was a total happener.

What happened to you?

A stunningly inappropriate and thoughtless question often blurted toward a handicapped person, the only proper answer to which is "Don't ask".

"What happened to you?" asked the seemingly civilized man of the woman who was struggling mightily to take each halting step. Yet she needed no reminder of how hard it was to move, or of how many years she had been in pain. She was under no obligation to answer the moronic stranger, who in any event seemed to want no answer and quickly began prattling about his skiing accident, years ago, which he believed would be fascinating to a woman with a permanent handicap, but, please... don't ask.

This happened to my buddy Eric

It refers to a review of the 2019 film Joker on the platform of Letterboxd, indicating that their friend Eric also had a phase and became like the Joker. It received widespread forwards and shares on social media making it an iconic review with regards to letterboxd.

Actually happened

A storytime channel that claims to animate your story but actually just makes up their own ridiculous tales. They post daily which is even more ridiculous as it takes at least a week to animate a story. Their actual stories are just stupid because the things that they talk about won't actually happen to someone. Btw this channel was made by the Soul Company which also made Brightside and 5 minute crafts. (just search them up)

Tom: I sent a story to Actually Happened and they still didn't animate it!!
Marisa: Don't you know that Actually Happened's stories are fake???
Tom: What?! I didn't know that!!!!
