Chutzpah
Chutzpah amounts to a total denial of personal responsibility, that renders others speechless and incredulous, one cannot quite believe that another person totally lacks common human traits like remorse, regret, guilt, sympathy and insight.
Good example of chutzpah:

Chutzpah
Brash disdain for normal standards of conduct, a breezy disregard for the audience's moral compass. Best done with such elan that it becomes lampshading, creating the illusion that this is normal, even honorable conduct. Imported into English from Yiddish.
chuztpah
A Yiddish term for a cocky or insolent person. The quality of being able to murder both your parents, and then plead the court for mercy on the grounds that you're an orphan.
You mean to tell me he jumped the courier, swiped Fat Charlie's shipment of meth, and then offered to sell the meth back to him? Man, he has chutzpah!
