I guess technically the phrase would mean someone born out of wedlock that just happens to love blowing noodle. But I have always used it as just another fucked up name to call someone.

A person who is a bastard literally and figuretively, and who fancies himself as an icon or some sort of high and mighty god.
You might as well go to hell, you faggadocious bastard!

Bastardfase 

Bastardfase- Adjective; a Person who at first glance you can tell is a total and complete bastard. Typically has an ego currently bigger than that of the the empire state building. Typically wears camouflage that DOESN'T MATCH.
Basically the wingman of a douchebag.

IE: "See that bastardfase over by that one douchebag?"
