Altering the genetics or chemistry of a living organism in order to create a new type of organsim with new traits or characteristics designed to serve a need or purpose or to benifit the organisms own existance.

Chickens have been genproved to have an excellerated growth rate.

The Smiths are going to genprove their next baby to have blue eyes and black hair.

GenPu 

The 2nd generation Mazdaspeed 3 (2010+ model year).

The body style of the Mazdaspeed 3 was updated for the 2010 model year from the 1st generation (2007-2009) to include, most notably, a grill that looks like a large grin. This design change has been very controversial among Mazda fans.

The name GenPu is a play on "gen 2", an abbreviated "generation 2", which is often used on Mazdaspeed fan message boards when referring to the car itself.

Since my neighbor got his GenPu, he can't stop smiling...and neither can his car. That thing is hideous next to my GenDone.

genpoo 

Genpoo is slang for Gentoo Linux, often used when describing a less than favourable outcome from use of this particular operating system. Genpoo describes Gentoo in the same way that macintrash describes Macintosh and winblows describes Windows.

My genpoo box is broken because emerge told me I had to do something to fix the system at the end of merge 3 of 190 whilst I was sleeping, and then immediately followed these critical instructions with 800,000 lines of compiler output.
