NOFORN

NOFORN is a distribution (or releasability) criteria for US classified material, meaning "no foreign nationals." It is not a classification in and of itself; instead, it's used in conjunction with the actual classification of the document.

For example, a document could be classified 'Secret-- NOFORN', meaning the actual classification of the document is secret, and the information cannot be shared with foreign nationals.

Abbreviated NF. It contrasts with RELTO (releasable to, i.e. other countries).

That document is classified Secret NOFORN, better hide it before the British guy gets here!

Screw-Nicorn

A made up sexual act which involves Partner A wearing a strap on dildo on their forehead and then proceeds to have intercourse using said dildo with Parter B. This was referenced in a Most Offensive Video Over-Dub of a Charlie Brown and Peanuts cartoon.

Do-nicorn

Related to the startup term unicorn: a mythical hybrid developer-designer more likely a web- developer and designer.

Do-nicorn is a description of an individual who exemplifies the soft-skills that drive an attitude of doing; usually found roaming the halls of many early stage start ups that are still running on a do-ocracy-style of management.

Do-nicorns thrive in environments of personal accountability, little formal organizational structure, flat managerial structure and the unknown unknowns.

nocoiner

A nocoiner is the worst insult that a person from the Bitcoin/Altcoin community can hurl at a non-believer. It usually appears when someone is having a skeptical stance toward cryptocurrencies or has a more traditional view regarding finances.
The nocoiner label is usually thrown in a desperate attempt at discrediting an 'adversary' by insecure cryptocoin hodlers in a last-ditch effort to reassure themselves that the magic beans they have bought actually have value.

Daad! Stop being such a nocoiner and lend me some extra cash! You'll see, by next year I will afford to stay in my OWN basement.
