A name for a girl who is sweet and very kind. She tends to stay on the internet a lot, so social interaction is not a strong point, but around people she knows she can be very outgoing. She does not care about what people think about her which can be both a bad or good thing, she's also very sexy and attractive, often finding online relationships every few weeks.

Hang on, I remember seeing that girl with another guy yesterday.

During the CW show “The Flash”, Cisco tries to decipher Barry’s symbols. When he inputs it into the computer it deciphered as “THIS HOUSE IS BITCHIN”. Which then the meme was born. Some theorized that Bart Allen in the future would say that.
