It’s a Templic Word and a fancy way ofnsaying boy, cause the spelling boi was getting boring already. It’s pronounced as Bu-wooi. “Put some real emphasis on the B”. This word is especially used when addressing a close friend or a homie. Strongly discouraged to use in a sentence.

Some might spell is as Bwoaiii which is an informal way to spell it, but it is wrong and this spelling is absolutely not acceptable when used in official documents

The level of discount is in correllation with the duration of tenancy and also upon what local council happens to be the landlord.
