A parg is someone is who a lying, manipulative, cheating piece of shit that terrorizes everyone around them and claims that they have the upmost maturity. They play with everyone's emotions and makes people feel like they are in the wrong because they can't handle their own guilt.

Pargeting 

This is slang for applying large quantities of make-up to the face or body. It derives from the verb ‘pargeting’ which is to apply a decorative, waterproof plaster to a wall. The finished plaster is also known as pargeting and can be in a variety of colours. So if a woman is piling stuff on her face, eyebrows, eyes, lips, eyelashes or face, she is pargeting.

Additional power which is added beyond what has already been added. Can be said multiple times for multiple effect. Closest synonym is "more oomph."

From the video game "Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem," where all one has to do to juice up the power of a spell is recite the word Pargon repeatedly until the effect is larger.
