Serrio is a common Spanish slang and is used the same way a white boy would say "gnarly bro, far out dude!" Or the same way a black guy would say "on God." or "word." Or when a white bitch says "like totally for sure!" Or when a black girl says "boyy, I ain't playin wit chu!"...

But serrio is most commonly used when a homie is explaining a loco situation he was just involved in and his homeboy can't believe what he is hearing and responds "serrio?? That really happened foo? Like right now right now?" And the homie as serious as he can be looks his homeboy in the eyes and tells him " serrio foo, on errything dog." So his homeboy tells him " damn dog, no more tequila for you, serrio my boy."
