Man, I never thought Obama was a slanthead. But after seeing him cave in to the Republicans on tax cuts for billionaires, I'm noticing he's got lots of similarity to Sean Hannity.

There's a slanthead on Fox News who wants to "deliver us from evil" and give all of America to corporations. I think his name is Sean Hannity.

Sean Hannity may be a slanthead, but boy does he rake in the money from the dopes in the Tea Party.

Slanther 

A sly-panther. Any person who follows or stalks their "prey" waiting for the perfect time to strike. The slanthers presence is usually unknown to his/her victim.

Person #1: "Yo did you see Mark hiding in the bushes waiting for Justin to pass?"

Person #2: "Yaa b, I didn't even see him until he jumped on Justins back."

Person #1: "Marks such a slanther"

slaphead

A slaphead is usually a guy who is so naturally bald he makes most bald people look positively hirsuit, but really it can be any guy who is definitely bald or going bald. A slaphead is so obviously bald that you just wish it was acceptable to point out the patently obvious by slapping them 5 or 6 times in rapid succession on their bald shiny head. The term slaphead was actually introduced in the comedy of Benny Hill, a world famous British comedian (deceased). Benny always used a sketch where a small bald man would do something a little annoying to Benny Hill and benny would slap the guy a few times on his bald head.

boy1: What shall I buy my dad for christmas?
boy2: Well your dad's a slaphead so get him some
slaphead polish and a wooly hat

A term used for someone who is beyond stupid and just overall a very "sharty" person.

salthead 

A slur for an ethnic group that does not exist.
A vague term used as a substitute for an actual ethnic slur with the sole purpose of upsetting or confusing the ignorant. Not to be used as a euphemism for a real slur, but simply to confuse those that don't realize that there is no actual ethnicity attached to "salthead."
Although originally coined to provoke overly P.C. hippies, its also fun to say to ignorant rednecks who may think you're actually insulting someone, and will join in.
Just take a cliche racist comment, add "salthead" in place of the slur and voila!

"No daughter of mine is going to marry a no good salthead!"
"Get a job, you lazy salthead!"
"Oh Christ, a family of saltheads just moved next door. There goes the neighborhood."
"Everyone knows that saltheads have {large/small} {body part}s."
