Procrackinating 

Pro-crak-ee -nay-ting (verb) what one does when one is using methylamphetamine instead of doing what they SHOULD be otherwise doing.

Normal person: "Hey mate, what did you get up to on the weekend?"
Crack user: "weeeell, I was supposed to be cracktising (see other entry - "cracktise") my song for an audition on Sunday but instead I ended up procrackinating and missed my chance to be a famous singer. But I'm proud to say I'm now a fully-qualified cracktitioner with a CrD in specialist cracktivities"

Procrastinating because you're high on crack. Usually involves talking about doing these things the whole time but never actually doing anything but crack.
