The act of drinking/partaking in the use of mind altering substances to the state of inebriation where the person will usually have an extremely large ego resulting in other people labelling them a fuckwit. Said substance abuser is more often than not proud of this achievement.

Can also be used as a salute before having a drink in the presence of a group.
1. Tom: What are you doing tonight?
