An abbreviation for who is she. Contributing to the ‘we don’t know her’ persona when in a situation that can easily reference something from pop culture or an inside joke. It’s mainly used for comedic purposes. It’s perfect to use when you think a situation or object parallels that of a story or person from popular culture. Refuting the ‘who’ basically means who’s that? We don’t know this person anymore because this situation this object encapsulates it better than they would if they were currently here. It’s almost like forget about them look at this instead.
