Rose Tico

A useless character, in a horrible movie, that hogs screen time, lowers the standards for actresses, sets new standards for awful hair styles, adds nothing of value to the plot, makes terrible decisions, and replaces Jar Jar Binks as the worst character in all Star Wars movies.

tico time 

This phrase is used to describe the nonchalant attitude Costa Rican's (Tico's) have about being (not) on time. This practice is especially annoying to North American travelers and ex-patriots who are used to being precisely on time or even early for appointments/events.

I thought we were starting at 9, looks like everyone around here is on tico time.
