Tambsticle 

The ball the hangs lower than the other ball contianed in the ball sack. Usually coresponds with the dominate hand. Is not always present especially on cold days.

Something so FANTASTICALLY stupid or retarded, it ceases to be fantastic and thus becomes tardtastic! Lengthen the 'A' in tard for a more dramatic effect.
