Scragler 

One who does hurtin things for a living, or all the time.

Person who just plain hurts.

Person who cheats his fellow brethren.

Person who is dirty, does not bathe or shave, and is of a scragly appearance.

1.One who goes to a swapmeet, and does not shower all weekend, also known as a "weekender" (Origin; Englishtown Swap Meet)

2.Also a loner or extra.

The Scraggler was a beloved Terraria NPC that was removed by Re-Logic in the Terraria update "Labor of Love" for his "offensive" dialogue.

A group who are left behind or unwanted, not cared about.
Normally lacking neatness, looking unkempt. Sometimes they attach themselves to a group, possibly while travelling.

2. an an individual or individuals who are the last to leave a party or bar because they're too drunk or too stupid to get out when leaving is implied. They usually have to be told directly "it's time to go!"

Scraglets: The resultant build up of turd caused by refusing to wipe ones arse after taking a shit.
Eventually leading to a critical build up known as Bum Chaff.
