Mcnarbles
A term used to describe a male who spends most of their nights in town smashed, normally pulls girls and is concerned about being in shape.
Very often a "Mcnarbles" will use anabolic steroids so they can continuouisly hit town, but still sculpt a decent body at the gym.
Mcnarbles' pay no attention to speed or drink driving laws and have been known to get in many fights on a night out.
