Heifer = a young cow, especially one that has never had a calf
Slump = a drooping or hunched posture

Heiferslump = a large overweight lady slumped in her chair or more commonly on a bench in a food court eating takeaway.

heiferitis 

Heiferitis is the stage of being slightly under obese. You are not quite obese, but yet not skinny. Although a disorder, you can still get guys every 3 months or so.

Rachel suffers from heiferitis so therefore gets laid about once every 4 months.

Julia wanted to get with Shawn but he told her to see the doctor about her heiferitis before (she weights more than Shawn).

Heiferidge 

Noun, from the english heifer (a female cow) and fridge (col. meaning refrigerator).

Derogatory name for a female, usually overweight or generous in proportions. Often a girlfriend or significant other.

A fat, slovenly, un-redeeming woman, similar in size and shape to that of a cow and fridge.

An ugly or out of shape woman.

Girl: "Where's my pink top?"

Boy: "Shut up Heiferidge!"
