Finland

Country situated in Northern Europe in between Sweden and Russia. 2/3 of the country is just lakes. National language is Finnish (of the Finno-Ugric family of languages) although a small minority also speak Swedish. Famous for its typically tall, blond haired people, famous motor racing champions (such as Mika Hakkinen, Keke Rosberg and Tomi Makinen), Santa Claus (supposedly), good bands such as Children Of Bodom, Impaled Nazarene and Nightwish (fronted by the stunning Tarja Turunen), not so great but strangely more popular bands such as HIM and The Rasmus, Nokia, saunas, high suicide rates and getting very drunk.

Finland is a cool country.

Home of friendly people and good hockey players. Everyone I have met from Finland has been cool. The country is actually pronounced in Finnish Suomi (god I hope I spelled that right).

Finland

The most interesting part with Finland is that the populace's genetics is partly made up off ice and alchohol. This must be true since the finish can 1. wrestle naked in -20 degrees Celsius (ice), 2. drink ANYONE under the table, exept maybe a few russians and like one swede (alcohol)and
3. endure extreme heat in saunas (alcohol and ice).

Finland was once a part of Sweden but due to the most incompetent king in swedish history, Gustav IV, Finland was lost to the opressive russians.
Everyone was very sad however nowadays the finish and the swedish enjoy numerous fun stuff together, such as the Swedish hockey games wich is staged in Finland every second year and in Sweden every second.

People from Finland will treat you like a brother and give you a drink.

People from Japan will make you call them "sama" (master) for 5 years and then aceppting you into the circle of friends, this will include a 5 hour long ceremoni.
