Shugged- when person A goes for a handshake and person B goes for a hug. The result is an awkward shake and half a hug.

Betty saw an old coworker named Bob. Bob goes for the hug and Betty goes for the shake, resulting in Bob being shugged by Betty.

Suggestimate 

A suggestimate is offered, where neither an estimate, nor a guesstimate is available.

To suggestimate, is to suggest an estimate.

A: What is your estimate on the cost of running the staff canteen this year.

B: I have no estimate on this as we do not know how many people will be sacked this year.

A: What about a guesstimate?

B: I absolutely cannot offer a guesstimate since I need at least a rough idea of how many staff we will have this year. Maybe you could suggestimate that for me.

sagged 

It simply means slow and tired at the same time. It's the kind of feeling you get in the morning, when you can't quite think, and you're still waking up.

If someone tells you a joke that goes over your head, or you answer a simple question wrong, you're probably sagging or saggy. It's also from a side effect of caffeine.

Ace: See what I did there?
Me: Err...no?
Ace: *Points to punchline of joke*
Me: Ohhh ok. Sorry, I'm a bit sagged this morning.

Teacher: Johnny, answer this question: What's 2+2?
Me: Ummmm...er..I think...5?
Teacher: 4!
Me: Sorry ma'am, I'm saggy today.
