when black people (usually athletes or straight hood chimps) get out of control or excited. Start jumping around doing absurd antics such as throwing their arms around, crip walking, stacking, selling drugs, bumpin their gums, and shooting guns.

Those chimps were chimpin in petey pablo's "north carolina" music video.
