Something which is used to steal your cookies and hack into your Neopets account. It was used by KaosKinesis in the great January 2005 CG Scare.

Kaos is a dick. He should stop using Cookie Grabbers, grow some balls, and step outside and get a real job, and stop 'hacking' people on a kid's website.

1. an African American gentleman who is often seen with his hand clutching his penis (junk) through his baggy trousers while swaggering down the street or hanging with his homies.

2. a man/boy (most often black) who's hand has a magnet like attraction to his ding-dong. most often the hand is seen gripping from outside the pants.
