A scenario in which a player (of an FPS game) repeatedly misses shots on an opponent, despite their skill or experience. unlike whiffing, Whiff City is used to describe an absurdly high amount of whiffing.

Whiff Appeal 

The feeling of desire to try a drug because of a small amount being accidently ingested i.e. coke dust travelling into the nasal cavity and creating a desire for said drug. You get a small whiff and become addicted.
