Kurt Warner Syndrome is named after two time Super Bowl MVP Kurt Warner. As a member of the 1999 Rams, Kurt became a huge star in the NFL. His wife received lots of airtime, and unfortunately for both Kurt and the millions of viewers tuning in, she looked more like a butch biker lady than an NFL MVP's main squeeze.

Warner Springs, California 

A small rural town in the back country of San Diego. There’s a few areas -census-designated places (aka nicknames for parts of city), Oak Grove, Sunshine Summit, Chihuahua Valley, Los Tules, etc. Oak Grove official sign has underneath a wooden sign stating “97 pleasant people, 2 or 3 grouches. Most of Warner Springs needs that sign updated with number of people living there. There are some older residents having lived in forever that own large property, young families as well & a senior community nestled on it.

It’s far from civilization where nearest necessities exist & obviously all Caucasian community. There’s also tribal reservations and a tiny presence of minorities.

Honestly, it’s not hit or miss, there’s really nothing there, you’ll have to drive far to get supplies, no activities, few wineries & bar restaurants that close early. If you’re finding yourself driving to San Diego or Temecula for your usual fun activities, this is not the place for you. If you love living in the boonies, living a secluded boring life this’ll due.

Some friendly people and some who do t want to be bothered. Most are comfortable with people they’re familiar with and most don’t take kindly to outsiders or folks who are not like them.

I don’t want to live far away from the medical facilities, it’s that far.

Ever heard of Warner Springs, California? Neither have I.

Warner Springs, CA 

A rural town nestled in the back country of San Diego. It borders Riverside county line alongside Aguanga-Anza & Temecula being the closest city for shopping necessities & services. There is also a small community of families, farmers/ranchers & an senior citizen mobile home community.

There used to be a somewhat flourishing golf resort with restaurant & convenience mart all closed down (except convenience store) since the pandemic leaving no choices on where to eat unless you drive back to Temecula or towards Julian. A bunch of wineries and a bar exist only open on the weekends and 2-3 restaurants along the road that are limited & saturated by locals best bet is to go back to Temecula for quality food that won’t break your wallet.

The area is predominantly White, with few minorities being Hispanic & Native Americans (surrounded by reservations), among very few others.

That said, it’s far away from civilization and folks are either friendly or not. Honestly needs a lot more diversity, unless you don’t mind the unbidden prejudice, especially by the oldest folks who haven’t a clue on how to be a good human. (Hide using Christianity as scapegoat)
