It can also be used randomly or as a joke.

Ancient Psychic Tandem War Elephant

A way cool beast that Jake and Finn wish for on an episode of Adventure Time. It looks like 2 conjoined elephants, with orange goggles on each face and golden shotguns for tusks. It also has rockets on it's feet and can shoot a purple beam out of its trunks. If anyone ever comes across one, and you are wondering how it is controlled, just remember; you don't control it, you must let it give you control. It will know if you are worthy to command him because he is psychic.
Finn the human: What should we wish for Jake?

Jake the dog: Something only two bros can share...

Together: Ancient Psychic Tandem War Elephant!!!!!!

Elephant Man

A person who has an incredible memory, yet is horribly deformed and infested with parasites. They are also highly resistant to cancer for reasons science is yet to explain.
Tom: Hey what was that word we were going to add to urban dictionary?

Bill: damn I forgot

Tom: I guess neither of us are an elephant man

Bill: No shit, otherwise I wouldn’t have been diagnosed with stage four leukemia last week.
