Arbitrary Inquisition

A very eloquent way to ask a bi-partisan question. A question that when answered will not benefit either party. Often asked by a "moderator" between two separate parties, acting as a mutual individual.
Moderator: "I hate to impose an arbitrary inquisition but you two are getting f*cking no where."

The aerodynamic clean shaved Arbinge. Is a utterly rare creature always seen training. The species feeds on minor creatures. Arbinge heirs from the mutant Arbingus ugachakus in the late medieval age.
The most common expression seen on this incredible creature, is the stare. He stares at his prey (which consist of smaller un-womanly humans).
Little guy: Haha
Arbinge: RAWWRRRRRR!
Little guy: Why are you hitting me?!
Arbinge: You most laugh ugliest!!
