A term commonly used by O-meister (see OG Mudbone) to describe someone who is possibly (but not exclusively) under the influence of marijuana. Or who is acting like a goddamn stoner kid.

-My shit smells like weed, i gotta stop smoking.

Yo dude, that concession guy totally committed Stoner Abuse on us; we got Cherry Cokes, a large popcorn, two hot dogs each, Milk Duds, and Raisinets, and that dude tried selling us soft pretzels after we said we were done.
