Experiencing the reflex of urinating. When your dog has used all of his pee to mark all of the territories possible; so when he lifts his leg, nothing comes out.

Much like a dry heave, dry peeve is the reflex without production.

My dog didn’t piss on your tree, it’s just a dry peeve.

I tried to go pee, but nothing came out. Just a dry peeve I guess.

peevee 

peevee is short slang name for a stimulant drug MDPV, aka "monkey dust", "double penetrator", "ivory wave".
It's notorious for causing extreme paranoia and psychoses along with horniness and euphoria. Peevee is very addictive and effective dose is very small - just 5-15 mg.

I've been binging on peevee for a week and almost lost my mind! Paranoid delusions became everyday routine. I flushed around 100 doses down in toilet in the end
