One being dubbed a "racist" because they told others of negative personal experiences that support negative stereotypes what they saw or experienced first hand while experiencing a culture or race in person.
The University's "Harmony Club" accused me of being a racist , because I told them about the fact I have been mugged once, been carjacked once, and stabbed twice, and bad experiences seem to happen only when I was in the Slobobian part of town.
I then observed that perhaps there is an inherent problem with Slobobian culture or lifestyle that makes them prone to violence against others, particularly non-Slobobians.
This would make me an Observational Racist, since it was my personal observation of my negative experience that was deemed racist.
