Caspering 

The art of ghosting someone in a friendly way. When you don't have the heart to full on ghost them, so you start cutting and reducing all interactions until they take the hint and give up.

Take forever to reply and only give short responses that can't lead to further conversation.

Similar to gas-lighting but without the intention of possible future interaction. Letting someone down gently.

Friend: how did it go with that girl

You: she's nice but I don't want to see her again so I'm caspering her til she takes the hint

When only one side of the joint burns down, this happens when the hash lies at one angle of the spliff.

Traditional definition: involving or referencing something or someone.

Current definition: to be a cause for concern.

Traditional: Myra and her mom had a discussion concerning her grades at school.

Current: Myra's low grades are concerning. She'd better talk to her mom about getting a tutor.

A generic reason to do anything, or get someone to come to a boring event.

I know funerals are depressing but look on the bright side, Hooters is catering.

canceriffic 

Positive superlative form of cancerous. Formed from the combination of the words cancerous and terrific. This adjective is used to describe objects or events that are entertaining, yet potentially cancer inducing.

These glow-in-the-dark curtains are canceriffic.

I spend an hour in the presence of canceriffic go-kart fumes.

Conkering 

The act of slapping a used tampon on someones face... swinging it like a conker fight.

Ali has just come on and took Chris by surprise by conkering him with her tampon.

Catering to the Casuals 

A phenomenon that occurs when a video game developer changes a game mechanic to make the game easier for new players. Alternatively, if a game developer lessens the skill gap, then this phrase fits the mould as well. This typically makes the game less enjoyable over a longer period of time

When call of duty added the perk “final stand” they were catering to the casuals.
