Fine Vittles 

Southern slang for a sexy woman. Vittles are a rural southern word for food or provisions but when some southern boys sit on a porch sipping sweet tea with moonshine and see beautiful women walk by she is 'fine vittles!'

An alternative pronunciation of "voluptuous titties" created by switching the first two letters of the afforementioned phrase. Done so to disguise talking about the breasts of a woman who is nearby.
Dave: Damn, that girl has some toluptuous vitties.
Girl passing by: What did you just say?
Dave: Nothing.

In some dialect on the island, the tt's become kk.

Origin from (archaic) victuals - food fit for human (or occasionally animal) consumption.
