In 1995 or so Demi Moore starred in a movie adaptation of the book "The Scarlet Letter". In that story set in New England during the Puritan theocracy times Hester Prynne bears a child out of wedlock. For this she is sentenced to wear a letter "A" on her clothing to denote that she is guilty of adultery. That movie was panned by the critics big time. I read a review of that flick in the
entertainment section of a local
independent "underground" weekly newspaper.
The first thing that the review said was "Fucking A"! Get it?
