So pretty much, RoFart is a phrase coined by user Story246. The meaning of the phrase is unknown. But "RoFart" is funny, because it is a phrase so out-of-place and random that it fits right in with current meme culture, which revolves around random phrases/out-of-context videos. See "21st Century Humor" for more info. RoFart is a part of this. There are actually 2 memes/jokes here stitched into one phrase.
