Montage Workout

The technique of combining several varied short exercises in quick succession to give the partaker the false sense of satisfaction that they have completed a vigorous workout.

Upon completing a Montage Workout the individual compares their being to Rocky (or another inspirational character progression from a popular film) in a further mask to themselves to hide their lack of athletic worth.

This behavior is most commonly seen in fatties or newbies at a public gymnasium.

Gym Regular 1 - "Hey I've been here an hour and I've seen 3 different fatties come in punch that bag, ride a minute on the exercise bike, do 10 sit ups and then go home!"

A video usually with pictures, video clips, or both, with music and/or editing. They are commonly used to show skill (also can be used for enjoyment) in a video game, like Halo, Call of Duty, or Gears of War.
