Empath 

Someone with autism (or a related social disability) who believes themself to be able to read the emotions of others on a superhuman level. Ironically, self-described empaths typically develop emotional maturity much later than their peers. This causes them to perceive the basic human ability to pick up on social cues as extraordinary and unique. A perfect example of the Dunning-Kruger effect.

Random stranger in Walmart: "Take a fucking shower dude! You stink!"
Empath: "Hmm... this person appears to be annoyed for some reason."

Empath 

Typically a person who is very empathetic and is capable of understanding someone elses feelings.

Other than that, there are some narcissistic butts that think they know more about your feelings than you do yourself, and label themselves as an Empath.

"You must be sad," examined Bill.

"Actually, I am not sad at all," Lucy explain.

"Yes, you are, you don't have to hide your emotions," Bill replied.

"I am not sad though," Lucy said, "I am actually doing pretty fine."

"It's okay Lucy, I am an empath, I know what you're experiencing," Bill said.

Lucy actually wasn't sad during this, of course Bill didn't seem to care because he thought he has some superpower to read one's mind.

Bill was an Empath, even though he is the only one who would ever label himself that.

Self professed Empaths feel their intense(nearly always negative)awareness of other people,is a sign of their deep empathic sensitivity rather than a classic misanthropic response to others who one sees purely as objects to be used to provide ones own narcissistic supply of attention.

Empath 

The intrinsic ability to understand and feel the emotions of others as if they were your own. Empaths naturally absorb the "feel of the room" and the emotions of individuals subconsciously.

**The most stressful thing imaginable.**

It is a double-edged-sword that allows the individual the ability to better understand others and therefore help them. On the other edge, empaths are more easily emotionally drained, and often lack groundedness in their own individuality, as their emotions are usually never their own. Empaths will almost unanimously say it sucks to be an empath and that they wish they didn't have to care, and they're right, it sucks. But it's a gift as much as it is a curse, so we may as well make some good from it. Empath have to be especially careful not to expose themselves to too much negativity, as they are more subject to its influence. Dark shows, scary movies, sad music, and so on all put empaths into a darker mood. And in a perverse humor of reality, empaths are usually naturally drawn to such dark melancholy, as a sort of twisted form of self-expression. Being an empath is the worst form of torture and the most stressful thing imaginable. Empath and stress go hand-in-hand.

A powerful being with abilities that defy convention logic and science. They have the powerful ability to will anything into reality, foresee future events and perceive the world through gifted senses aside from the five. Sometimes these beings are labeled narcissistic, grandiose or given an unwarranted psychiatric diagnosis. They are typically hidden figures. Ordinary persons with extraordinary lives.

To have the ability to organize complete chaos is a gift held by a true empath.
