ASBO-magnet 

An ASBO-magnet is a scruffy, filthy council-estate dwelling troll species, otherwise known as Scallies, Townies, chavs or in Glasgow, Neds. ASBO itself stands for Anti-social Behaviour Order and is issued by the police to little Hitler/tyrants such as scallies, theives, vandals and other lowlife scum. The fact that so many mini-evils are now being allocated ASBOs is leading to the idea that ASBOs are now seen as a status symbol by these small crustacions. The more ASBOs and court appearances theyhave under their belt, or mini-skirt or le coq sportif trackies, the greater respect they have from other less demonic lowlife.

ASBO's 

Anti Social Behaviour Order, used mainly against youths who annoy ordinary respectable people and workers.

These can be in the form of curfew orders, so yobs cannot hang out in the street at night. Also to prevent street drinking, thus preventing drunk and disorderly bahaviour. Also to prevent agressive beggars approaching strangers for money.

A method of containment, while a longer term method can be implemented to encourage young people off under-age drinking, drugs, and to get them to school, and then to gainful employment.

Used to describe bands that are electro/techno/new rave etc that promot antisocial behaviour bringing subjects up such as binge drinking, drugs, youth culture...

ASBO Whore 

A person, not gender specific, who has received 5 or more of the British criminal punishments, ASBO's (Anti-Social Behavoral Order), in a year. They are so called because of their apparant addicition to misbehaviour much like a whore to sex. May also be called ASBO Addict.
