T-Dubb 

- shortened version of T.W.S.S. or T.W.H.S., meaning "That's what she said," or, "That's what he said," respectively; generally used when authority figures are around in order to make a joke without getting in trouble

- origin: inspired by the use of "That's what she said" on the TV show The Office; T-Dubb was first used on June 28, 2008 in room 235 of Candlewood Suites in Lansing, Michigan while playing rock band

Officer: (giving driver a breathalyzer test) You need to blow harder.

A person who is all knowing, always bitching, gay , and who is never wrong. Mostly found in the northern regions of New York around the Lake Placid area. On occasion, they migrate to Southern California for work and more bitching and complaining.

Dubious consent. In erotic fanfiction and ERP, means any gray areas of (sexual) consent. It can be:
- No verbal consent but desired by both parties
- Full verbal consent but one party doesn't desire
- Full verbal consent but one or both parties can't give real consent, for example because of drunkenness

dubai 

Beautiful City located in the United Arab Emirates on the Persian Gulf. Currently, they have the world's largest indoor ski facility, third largest mall, some of the world's most beautiful architecture, tallest/best hotel on earth Burj al Arab hotel, and way more. Basically, the city went from desert to world city in 7 years, from 1999 to present day 2006. By 2008, they will have the world's largest: Theme park, tallest building (Burj Dubai), Mall. Also by 2008, they will have the world's only UNDERWATER hotel. In short, this city is amazing, regardless of the bias against the region.

I'm doing my Anthropology paper on the city of Dubai. There is nothing like it; it went from desert to world city in under 10 years!!
