Buziness is a combination of two words Business and Busy. Buziness is a cool term to say i am busy working on my business. It is a noun.

businessman's trip 

Another name for the drug DMT (dimethyltryptamine), an extreme psychedelic tryptamine. It is a crystalline solid at room temperature and can be smoked, injected or taken orally with an MAOI. It gives you an extreme high but only lasts for about an hour, hence the nickname.

Professor Alan Watts described the effects of DMT as "Load universe into cannon. Aim at brain. Fire."
