kill phone battery, use storage space, and save to let out in a theraputic setting. the point is to maintain the mindset of helping a realized issue/trigger. slowly

robot that has learned to self repair. its like reopening a wound jest to pull a projectile out yourself. my migraines have become
chronic, my sleep issues repeat, and my mind doesnt know how to
stop. in the process i feel like im coming to very rough landing.
