Benzedrex 

A nasal decongestant that contains propylhexedrine. Propylhexedrine is a stimulant that is easier to get than ephedrine and is stronger than ephedrine, though still pretty adrenergic. Benzedrex is inhaled to decongest the nose. When the vapors are inhaled more than a few times early in the morning, it can wake you right up. Benzedrex is sometimes used as a pre-coffee as it gives you the energy and motivation you need to make the coffee and maybe clean things. However, propylhexedrine will show up as a false positive for amphetamine and possibly methamphetamine.

Dude: I inhaled some benzedrex and that made cleaning and making coffee fun.

An expression made by someone high on benzodiazepine class drugs (xanax, valium, klonopin, ativan, etc. etc.) to express how high they are from taking said drugs.

Being abducted by attending Vascular Surgeon, after 5pm, to make unsolicited evening rounds, to keep him/her company. Especially when walking out the door to go home.

I was stepping onto the six o'clock jitney home when I was bennied and did not end up leaving the hospital until 9pm.

Benzedrex 

Benzedrex is a nasal decongestant with 250mg of Freebase Propylhexedrine. Propylhexedrine is 1/4 of the strength of amphetamine. Now Benzedrex has 175mg Propylhexedrine. You inhale it a lot to decongest the nose and then wake up. If you dissolve it in soda, HCl, or vinegar. Then use oil or ethyl chloride and use a ziplock bag and cut a small hole or use a separatory funnel, you remove the menthol and lavender. Then you're left with Propylhexedrine HCl in solution or Propylhexedrine Acetate or Propylhexedrine carbonate probably if you use soda. High doses give you energy. Higher doses give you a high. Inhaling it or taking small doses of Propylhexedrine HCl like 60mg to 180mg just wakes you up and decongest the nose normally. 250mg to 500mg+ gets you high. You can make your own Propylhexedrine freebase or HCl by synthesizing it from Cyclohexyl-2-Propanone and methylamine and aluminum galinstan amalgam, and use it at low doses to decongest the nose. It's not in the amphetamine or methamphetamine family as it doesn't have the phenyl group and it's not aromatic like Methiopropamine, Thiopropamine, Ethoopropamine, Amphetamine, Ethylamphetamine, MDMA, MDEA, IAP (IndanylAminoPropane), or IMAP (IndanylMethylAminoPropane). Propylhexedrine replaced Cyclopentamine.

Tony: I extracted Propylhexedrine HCl from benzedrex and took 150mg in a drink and it decongested my nose and I got a moderate energy and confidence boost. Now I synthesized my own Propylhexedrine and making my own nasal decongestant.
