A phrase used when nitpicking small problems in computer software, sarcastically portraying something that is barely noticeable as so bad that they can't even stand to use the software any more.
See that menu? They are using "they're" instead of "their." Literally unusable.

unusable 

a word that cannot be published in urban dictionary because it has real world consequences no matter how true it is.
unusable is any word that describes the true nature of todays politics.

Something which has only aesthetic value, but seemingly should have some usefulness. Most hotel rooms contain several unusable pillows.

Shackteâu
