When someone is throwing in a game.

Originates from the Twitch streamer known as Sebastian "Forsen" Fors. He was "speed-running" Minecraft and was looking for the stronghold, but got stuck in a tree (tree-hunter) with his horse and couldn't get off. He tried every button and accidentally typed "E12" in the chat. Because he couldn't get off, he was throwing his run. He later died from falling in lava.
