Derived from haggard, hagged is the true form of haggerdom. Once you become hagged, you're hagged for life. Not, necessarily a bad state for there are some who hold their hagged heads high. It's the generally giddy and autistic feeling after a menacingly long night of heavy drinking. You can't be labbeled as being hagged, you can't decide to be hagged, hagged is of the soul. It is the pure form of oneself.gangst

after a night of drinking, you wake up to find the girl you've been with all night lies next to you in bed, but instead of being the beauty you'd imagined her to be the in yester-night, she now turns out to be completely hagged over.

...and then she turns around and oh my god she's totally hagged over so I threw up and said that it's cause I'm totally hung over.

Hanged, Drawn, and Quartered 

The penalty for high treason in England, to be hanged, drawn and quartered was a common occurrence during medieval times. Although it was abolished in 1814, this form of execution was responsible for hundreds, perhaps even thousands, of deaths.

First, the victim is dragged on a wooden frame, called a hurdle, to the place of the execution.
Second, the victim is hanged by the neck for a short period of time until nearly dead (hanged).
Third, the disembowelment and castration occur, where afterward, the entrails and genitalia are burned in front of the victim (drawn).
Finally, the body is divided into four separate parts and beheaded (quartered).

Hagger 

A medieval nickname for someone who was thought to be wild or untamed.

Hagger comes from the French word for hedge, implying something undisclosed, with no boundaries, hence wild or untamed.

You can't contain a Hagger.
That person's a bit Hagger.
