Ping4Ping 

(Commonly used on Discord for Server Partnerships, not to be confused with Discord Partner.
When the partner requests for a ping, commonly @everyone, @here, or partnership pings.

Both partners have to decide on what ping. If partner removes the ping, partnership will be ended.

Person 1: Hey, wanna partner? I can do Ping4Ping!
Person 2: Sure, I can only do partnership pings.
Person 3: Sure, that's fine.

When one becomes so intoxicated with alcohol that they could not possibly get any more intoxicated without vomiting, or remaining conscious. This is when your internal alcohol tolerance "meter" maxes out, or hits the limiter, thus, "pinging the needle."
