This action is performed by taking your male anatomy and lifting it, walking over to a female(or male if you must) or just about any object really, and simply "drop" your "package" on the object, they will be sure to feel it or get creative and ding food bells with your package, etc.

"oh my god, that dude just package dropped me and his package was SOOOO BIG, i cant wait to get with him."
