Kiss rape is a usually a joking phrase referring to forced kisses. You do not have to say no to
kiss rape for it to be declared kiss rape. Like, if some
random stranger kisses you with out letting you say anything, you could declare it kiss rape.
The kiss rapist is usually male and wasted, but the kiss rapist can also be female and sober. Most
don't know the (usually) drunk
people that are kiss raping them, but you could be on a date, be platonic friends with, or even be dating the kiss rapist.
Kiss rape is not technically illegal, but can be declared sexual harrasment. It is usually not taken seriously because, as previously stated, it is usually taken as a
joke. So if you were to walk up to the cops and say "This guy kiss raped me!", they will probably laugh at you.
Mikaela was sitting at a table chatting with her friends, when a stranger came up to her and kissed her. Her
friend Amalia asked if she was dating that guy. Mikaela replied with, "No, he just kiss raped me."
Lauren was talking to her
