n. A person that expects one's race to determine political ideology.

n. A person that does not believe black or brown people are capable of, or should be allowed of have, thoughts and opinions other than a limited set prescribed to them by convention.

The ideoracist committed suicide after learning about Black race traitors that voted Republican in the last election.

A person who shows or feels discrimination or prejudice against people of lower intelligence, or who believes that a particular level of intelligence is superior to another.

His remarks and hatred towards people of lower intelligence led to him being called an idiocracist.

Ignoracist 

1) An ignorant racist, aka, a racist.

2) A racist so ignorant, they don't even bother to get their stereotypes right.

3) A person who is too ignorant to know that what they're saying is actually racist.

Being against or discriminating against someone with an opposing ideology (religious,political, etc.) just because they have ideas that oppose someone elses

Ignoracist 

(n) A person who is presenting as ignorant and as racist at the same time. The concept itself is known as "ignoracism".

Saying that all black people can't swim is a red flag. After hearing him say that, I know that guy is a total ignoracist.
